Refund policy

Returns -

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email with a description of complaint and photo evidence within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

If 48 hours have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns will be at the expensive of the recipient / purchaser.

Perishable goods such as chocolates cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Sale items -

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Change of Mind - 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange just because you changed your mind.

Damages -

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, missing an item or the gift is incorrect. *This way we can determine if a full refund will be issued or a replacement item will be sent. 

Order Cancellations -

The Sunday Gift Co reserves the right to say yes / or no to any refund requests, if they do not comply with our policies. Simple change of mind will be refused refund / cancellation of order.
